Ubiquiti UniFi Talk
This installation guide explains how to create a SIP-Trunk in you UniFi Controller and add a sipcall phone number.
If you are unsure how to access your UniFi-Controller, please refer to the
instructions/information in the Help Center provided by the manufacturer.
Prepare iWay profile
Preparation
- Access your UniFi Controller over its IP address or through https://unifi.ui.com.
- Make sure that UniFi Talk is installed and up to date.
- Open the application "Talk".
Create iWay profile

- Navigate to the submenu "Settings" (gear icon) in the left navigation.
- Choose "Platform".
- Click on the "configure" link below Third-Party SIP.

Enter fields
- Now, choose the option
Customin the "Provider" field. - Set the "Provider Name" as
iWay.

Then go to the "Add Field" tab and add the following parameters:

Once you have added all fields, you can confirm by clicking "Done".
Number registration
You can find the sipcall configuration data in the customer portal under "Phone numbers" → "Phone number overview".
Click on the desired phone number to view the configuration data (within the "SIP-Data" card).

Define destination country and phone number
Click the "Select Countries" button, select Switzerland and confirm your selection by clicking "Save".

Now enter the iWay phone number to be registered in the "Phone Numbers" field (in the national format 0441234567)
and confirm the entry by pressing the Enter key.
